ABOUT ME
I’ve accompanied individuals to free themselves from blockages holding them back in life, build their confidence, recognize their nobility and worth, and that they truly have something valuable to contribute to the world. They have been able to develop healthy habits and take actions one step at a time in order to live up to their true potentials.
I have a BA (Hons) in childhood studies, education, psychology and sociology from the University of Birmingham, trained in life coaching, and years of experience and work in the fields of psychology, mental health and education. I am also a certified Reiki Master.
